Terms of Purchase

The prices are given under each product and the picture represents medium size. On all domestic orders, 25% vat is inclduded in the prices, and a delivery fee of 95 SEK is added in the total sum. If order is made on the phone by one of our customer service people, the fee is 125 swedish crowns. For international orders, see price when you have chosen country to send to. All prices on international orders are ex vat. 5 SEK of total flower value are used for packing and wrapping.

Gift card
Gift cards are available for purchase as well, in our webshop. You can either buy it as a complimentary gift to your flowers, or as a gift instead of buying flowers. Our giftcards are used as payment instead of money, in any of our member shops. For information on where you can find the nearest florist, go to Search florist in the menu to the left, or contact Customer Service. Our giftcards are tax free.

An additional fee of 30 SEK for delivery and administrative costs will be added. For orders that exceed 1 000 SEK, the giftcards will be send by recommended mail, and prices start at 100 SEK depending on weight. We cannot guarantee specific delivery date, since packages are sent by mail. Expected delivery time is normally 3 days.

Personal Identity Number and Corporate Identity Number
Payment methods by invoice require your Identity Number or your company organisation number.

Information Privacy
EuroFlorist handles all customer information as confidential. EuroFlorist will not provide customer information to third parties without the customers explicit consent. For more information read our Privacy Policy.

Order confirmation
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email.

Flowers may vary depending on availability in certain regions. Pictures of extra items (i.e. vase, greeting card) represent the type of product available and the actual item delivered by the florist may vary. EuroFlorist cannot guarantee product design for international orders.

Delivery times
For orders placed before 12:00 pm Monday-Friday and 11:00 am on Saturdays your floral gift will be delivered on the same day throughout main land Sweden. EuroFlorist cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. The florist may choose to deliver the flowers the day before or the following weekday for order requested to be delivered on Sundays or public holidays. The time of delivery may vary as the florists have different agreements with their delivery companies. Delivery of your floral order usually takes place between 8.00 am and 9.00 pm on weekdays and 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Saturdays. EuroFlorist cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery but will make every effort to meet your request. Funeral orders must be placed 3 days in advance to guarantee delivery.

Delivery Conditions
The customer takes full responsibility that the recipient delivery information is complete and correct, and if there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (including door code) provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.

When you place an order you have an option to instruct the florist if the recipient is not home to leave the flowers at the door of the recipient or with a neighbor. Depending on the weather the florist will decide whether or not to leave the flowers at the door. EuroFlorist will not be responsible if the flowers are stolen and the order will not be refunded.

If you did not instruct the florist to leave the flowers at the door or at the neighbor when you placed the order and the delivery is delayed, the order will not be refunded.

If you do not indicate to have the flowers left on the door or with a neighbor when you place the order, the florist will contact the recipient to arrange redelivery. The florist can in some cases call day before the deliveryday to secure the address, doorcode and that the recipinet will be at home for delivery.

Mode of delivery
The flowers will be delivered to the recipient by courier, except in a few small towns and villages in Sweden where the only possible mode of delivery is to send them by bus and ferry. If the recipient notifies the florist they will collect the flowers at the shop the florist will use more flowers in the bouquet since ther are no delivery charge. Some villages where the recipient can pick up the flowers themselves is Ljusterö, Skogaholm, Skepptuna, Inbyn (outside Boden), Risås Fäbodaa and Svarttjärn. Villages that delivers by bus is among others Abborrträsk, Lillhärdal, Ytterhogdal, Morjärv, Siljansnäs, Slite and Åsarna. There are no deliveries by bus on weekends and public holidays.

International deliveries
We deliver flowers to most countries in the world with a few exceptions, such as war zones. If there is a large time difference we need the order the day before the delivery. The orders are handled during business hours.

Delivery of FlowerCards and books can only be delivered to a Swedish address but can be redeemed in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Payment and security
You have several payment options to choose from (see Payment Options), and security of payment via our website is of the highest order. As a VIP Member, you have the option of paying by invoice. To be approved for payment by invoice, we will run a credit check via CreditSafe when you make your first purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order at EuroFlorist. An additional charge of 25 SEK per invoice is payable on private invoices to cover administrative costs. The payment terms for invoices are 10 days. EuroFlorist is entitled to set a credit limit.

Fraudulent orders
All acts of deception and fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.

Address search
You can simplify your ordering by searching on the recipients’ telephone number. If the recipient is found, the address information will be filled out automatically. EuroFlorist is working with a reliable and well known company for this information and is not responsible for any information. As a customer you are responsible for the address information to be correct.

Discount code
If you have received a Discount Code you are responsible for it. You can use the discount code for one purchase only. Please contact us if you have difficulties using the code.

15% of the flowervalue on our campaignbouquets goes to research. At this moment we offer Hearth-Lung bouquet and Pink Ribbon bouquets. Bouquets including Hearth-Lung pin or a Pink Ribbon can not be sent abroad. Bouquets not including theese accessories can be sent abroad.
